To best service our customers, our team focuses only on residential remodeling and specializes in performing kitchen, bathroom, basement, and bedroom design and renovation.

We can typically begin working within 2-4 weeks of signing the construction agreement. Upon agreement execution, our team can work with you to select materials, order them and pick them up from local suppliers. Once all materials are present at the job site, we begin work.

Our crews typically work from Monday-Saturday 9am-5pm.

Our company takes pride in moving our projects forward in an efficient manner. Each customer works with the company owner and project manager whose sole purpose is to ensure that your project runs smoothly and effectively. We want to make the process stress- for you, and deliver your dream project ASAP while doing all the work beautifully. Typical bathroom renovations take 2-4 weeks to complete and kitchen design and renovation take about 6-10 weeks.

We charge based on a lump sum. We will give you one all-inclusive price that includes all labor, cost of materials, purchasing and transporting of materials, construction consulting, project management, price of permits, management of inspections, management of permits, and all management of jobs from A to Z. There may be allowances for materials in the construction agreement with a suggested or base price of materials. Homeowners may choose to pick materials under or over the base allowances and the total price of the job will be increased or decreased accordingly.

Our business is heavily insured with general liability. Holding these insurances is very important and allows us to take the risk and liability off our customers.

We offer one (1) year warranties on all of our work. Peter Renovations Inc works for our clients’ satisfaction and we stand behind our work. Additionally, many of our materials have great warranties as well.

We will be happy to come meet with you and provide a quote on your remodeling project. Quotes provided within 1 year will not fluctuate with material price changes or inflation costs and we will honor the price we provide.
